Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has announced a new entry-level smartphone called Redmi Go in India at Rs 4,499.
Redmi Go is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB onboard storage. It offers 4G with dual SIM support and a dedicated microSD card that can work with up to 128GB data.
In terms of hardware, Redmi Go sports a 5-inch HD display and is powered by a 3000mAh battery. The device packs an 8MP rear camera with full-HD video recording and 5MP front sensor.
I did spend a few quick minutes on the device and the results for the camera looked decent given the price. So, overall, the biggest highlight of the device is its affordability!
