The second season of “TED Talks India Nayi Baat” in collaboration with TED, is back and Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan is set to host it yet again.
In an interview to Storyboard's Ankita Saxena, Khan said, "I have been a big fan of Ted Talks internationally. God has been very kind to me; whatever I like I get. So I met Chris, Star and they planned out that they need to do this on television and they thought of me."
About content consumption, Khan said, “I am of a different view so maybe I am more conventional or old-fashioned. I think if a platform changes where you are going to watch XYZ so it can start from your dream which may be entertaining. You get it when you are sleeping, you read from a book, you watch it on television, you go on social media, you watch it on a big screen. All you are looking for is a good story that you hear. I do not think that is ever going to change."Also, CNBC-TV18 spoke to Chris Anderson, head of Ted Talks, "T
he good thing about digital and this show is that it can be consumed in different ways and that’s the best way to do it as you learn more from the talks built on each other, but you can also watch them at the level of an individual talk."
