Storyboard: Here’s a look at WPP's BrandZ Top 75 most valuable Indian brands 2018 report

HDFC Bank was ranked as the most valuable brand in WPP's BrandZ Top 75 Most Valuable Indian Brands 2018. The leading bank in India saw a 21 percent rise in the brand value from last year and stood at the brand value of $ 21.7 billion, according to the report.

There were two new brands which were not featured in last year's report, but were among the top 10 most valuable Indian brands in 2018. The first was LIC at second place and it was followed by Tata Consultancy Services at number 3. This year, the report ranked India's top 75 brands, instead of the usual 50, to better reflect some of the new-age brands that have become popular in India, in the consumer internet era.
