Despite improvements in social parameters, India's growth does not translate to economic inclusion and development of women. Rather women's participation in the labour force has stagnated and is expected to decline further because of labour trends. This according to a report launched by Google India and Bain & Company called 'Powering the Economy with Her - Women Entrepreneurs in India Report.'

Blackfrog Technologies recently won big at the National Bio Entrepreneurship Competition 2019 organized by the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms. Startup Street checks in to get a glimpse of the cold chain product that the startup has built for safe last-mile transportation of vaccines.

Health-tech startup Mfine has launched a new offering - 'Remote Clinics', this will bring a hospital's satellite or nodal centres on the Mfine platform to allow patients even in outskirts of cities to have virtual consultations with speciality doctors. Startup Street checked into one such remote clinic in Bengaluru's Whitefield area to know more about the remote clinics and how they can be helpful.
