Nobroker.com, a Bengaluru-based 'customer-to-customer' real estate portal has released India's real estate report for 2019. To give more insight into the new trends that have emerged in 2019 in the real estate sector and the outlook for 2020, Startup Street spoke with Saurabh Garg, co-founder and chief brand officer at Nobroker.com.

New York and Chennai based digital facility management platform, Facilio, sprang to prominence last December, with investors like Tiger Global and Accel Partners coughing out $6.4 million as part of the company's Series-A funding. A year in, the company is now preparing for its next wave of growth as it looks to consolidate operations in the US market and expand to Singapore and Europe. CNBC-TV18's Jude Sannith spoke to the company's founder and chief executive officer, Prabhu Ramachandran to get the lowdown on these plans.

The government introduced the Social Security Code Bill 2019 just a few weeks ago. Under this, it can provide medical benefits and life cover for gig workers, and unorganised workers. Startup Street spoke with Bhavjot Kaur, co-founder of Clinikk Healthcare, a startup which provides healthcare protection to blue-collar workers and works with companies such as Ola, Uber and Swiggy.
