Healthcare startup mfine raises $17.2 million in Series B round

Bengaluru-based health-tech AI startup mfine has raised $17.2 million in Series B round led by Japan-based VC fund SBI Investment, Singapore’s Beenext and existing investors Stellaris and Prime Venture Partners. mfine has a partnership with over 500 doctors in 100 hospitals in India’s top 10 cities.

CNBC-TV18’s Syna Dehnugara caught up with co-founder and CEO Prasad Kompalli to find out what the team plans to do with the fundraise and how it’s AI chops are differentiating it from rivals like Practo and Lybrate.
