Mumbai Development Plan 2034: Here is what experts have to say

After four long years of wait, Mumbai Development plan 2034 has been sanctioned by the government. Development Control & Promotional Regulations (DCPR) will be effective from October 24, 2018.

The overarching goal of this blueprint seems to bring back Mumbai to its glory of being India's financial capital by creating 10,000 hectares of employment space for 80 lakh people.
