Looking at a revenue potential of Rs 750-1000 crore from affordable housing, says Sunteck Realty

Sunteck Realty is looking at a revenue potential of Rs 750-1,000 crore from affordable housing, said Kamal Khetan, CMD of Sunteck Realty.


We sold three units in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for Rs 77 crore with a realization of Rs 50,000 per square feet,  he said.

In Oshiwara District Centre, we sold 518 units in total in which 28 units were sold in Q4 and 480 units valued Rs 950 crore remained unsold, he added.

On affordable housing front, Khetan said that most of the approvals are in place and we will be launching in next three months.

Talking about demand, he said, “Quarter-on-Quarter our numbers are growing.  I can say our sales is excellent and very good right now.”

Our secured debt stands at Rs 311 crore and unsecured debt stands at Rs 142 crore, he said.
