It is painful but true, urban voters, especially the so-called educated voters do not vote in the same numbers as rural voters do.
We urge urban voters to cast their vote in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Urban votes do matter. And in cities such as Chennai and Bengaluru where citizen engagement is high in the city's governance, it matters even more.
