Polling has concluded for the second phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections across 95 constituencies with a 67.84 percent voter turnout.
All eyes are now on Phase 3 polling on April 23 where voters will exercise their franchise in 14 states. Phase 3 has the maximum number of constituencies, around 116, including Kerala's Wayanad, where Congress President Rahul Gandhi is contesting from.
Besides, Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram and Pathanamthitta are also some of the key constituencies going to polls in the third phase.
Rahul Gandhi is contesting against CPI's PP Suneer and NDA's Tushar Vellapally in Wayanad.
In Thiruvananthapuram, it is a three-way fight between Shashi Tharoor, BJP's Rajasekaran and Left front's C Diwakaran. BJP hopes of making a mark in the constituency following the Sabarimala row.
In Pathanamthitta, the Key candidates are BJP's K Surendran, CPM's Veena George and Congress' Anto Anthony.
