Updated : April 18, 2019 01:54 PM IST

The latest analysis and commentary by stock market guru Prakash Gaba of prakashgaba.com on what is moving the markets today. Check out his top stock recommendations.

He spoke at length about Tech Mahindra, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Apollo Tyres, Tata Motors DVR, Yes Bank, Reliance Industries, L&T Finance, Interglobe Aviation.

Stock specific, Gaba said, "Reliance Industries is looking good to me. I have a feeling Reliance can climb to around Rs 1,400 zones. It is still a buy, stop below Rs 1,365 should be okay. Looks like Monday onwards it should be up."

"Stock that looks weak to me is L&T Finance. It can see a slide to around Rs 139, stop above Rs 148," he added.

"Apollo Tyres looks good and it can see a climb to around Rs 225 zones, stop below Rs 217 should be fine. Tata Motors DVR is another stock that looks good to me. Tata Motors is doing well, I picked up Tata Motors DVR. Target on the upside Rs 120, stop below Rs 113," Gaba said.

“I like Tech Mahindra on the long side. That looks good. Good target on the upside in the vicinity of Rs 820, stop below Rs 799-800 should be fine on Tech Mahindra. Stock that looks weak is Indiabulls Housing. Looks like it is falling down and looks like we could see a downmove to maybe around Rs 770 zones, stop above Rs 840,” he said.
