Dhananjay Sinha, head-institutional research, economist & strategist at Emkay Global Financial Services spoke to CNBC-TV18 about the current trends in stocks market and outlook.
Sinha said the brokerage house is a bit cautious on Ashok Leyland, but overall they are positive on two-wheeler and tractor segment.
“We think that consumer lending, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) lending etc. and working capital lending are the opportunities that will arise as far as the banking sector is concerned,” said Sinha.
Talking about Tata Motors, he said, “At the current level the stock is trading at an attractive valuation so we think that there is a reasonably good upside if one has a horizon of one-two years. I think that is a value pick for us.”
