“Happiest Minds will start featuring in most IT portfolios at some point or other at lower levels particularly because of the kind of profile that it pursues,” market expert Prakash Diwan said in an interview to CNBC-TV18.
“…and when it was offered in the IPO, I do not think it was priced very richly or steeply. So even at the correction that it has come to, I think it merits attention,” he said, adding that he would bet on the stock because of the positive outlook for the IT sector in general.
Diwan is not bullish on Route Moubile, which he feels is expensive.
“Route Mobile is lumpy. You will probably see strong quarters and there could be some consolidation happening. So that earnings profile is something which we still need to understand. I won’t put my money in such an elevated valuation. There are better names like Tanla which are in similar areas of work which can offer good opportunities, a comparable at least,” he added.
