Ashwani Gujral on January 2: Buy BEML, Sun Pharmaceutical; Sell HPCL

He spoke at length about Godrej Properties, Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Jubilant Foodworks, Bank of Baroda (BoB), Indian Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M), Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL), ICICI Bank, Ceat, Ujjivan, Eicher Motors, Motilal Financial Services, PVR, Havells, Essel Propack, BEML, Sun Pharmaceutical, HPCL.

Stock specific, Gujral said, “BEML is a buy with a stop of Rs 910 and target of Rs 945. HPCL is a sell with a stop of Rs 251 and target of Rs 235. Sun Pharmaceutical is a buy with a stop of Rs 430 and target of Rs 455.”

“PVR is a buy with a stop of Rs 1,590 and target of Rs 1,640. Havells is a buy with a stop of Rs 690 and target of Rs 725. Essel Propack is a buy with a stop of Rs 110 and target of Rs 122.”

“ICICI Bank has had a fresh breakout. That is a buy with a stop of Rs 360 and target of Rs 376. Ceat is a buy with a stop of Rs 1,290 and target of Rs 1,440. Ujjivan is a buy with a stop of Rs 278 and target of Rs 292,” he added.

“Godrej Properties is a buy with a stop of Rs 660, target of Rs 685. L&T Infotech is a buy with a stop of Rs 1,730, target of Rs 1,810 and Jubilant Foodworks is a buy with a stop of Rs 1,260, target of Rs 1,310,” he said.

“BoB is a buy with a stop of Rs 120, target of Rs 131. Indian Bank is a buy with a stop of Rs 245, target of Rs 262. SBI is a buy with a stop of Rs 295, target of Rs 310. M&M is a sell with a stop of Rs 780, target of Rs 745 and HUL is also a sell with a stop of Rs 1,815, target of Rs 1,770,” he added.
