Non-banking financial company (NBFC) sector is growing on a consistent basis and they are positive on that space, said Siddhartha Khemka head- retail research at Motilal Oswal Securities.
If you see even the last quarter numbers, they have shown a growth of more than 30-35 percent and that is a space where the valuation is still comfortable, said Khemka.
"There are some NBFCs which we believe that it should deliver 30 percent plus compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for the next few years," he said.
"On the banking side, we have seen that the retail banks have seen a sharp run up and now the corporate lenders are seeing some kind of uptick," Khemka added.
On Indian economy, Khemka said it is on the cusp of a boom and from hereon the financials will take centre stage.
