SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com, in an interview with CNBC-TV18, said that he was positive on telecom sector on the back of Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea’s rights issue.
“Vodafone Idea has already funds come in, Bharti Airtel - the funds will come in by month end or in the next one month or so and the pricing seems to have bottomed out. I don’t think you have much pain left from hereon. Start taking a call on telecom stocks but only with a view of about maybe 6-8 months,” he said.
According to him, the outlook seems positive for Siemens and ABB India on good numbers. “Their mobility segment has really performed quite well. I am quite happy that ABB India and Siemens both have posted good numbers. The things are looking positive on both ABB India and Siemens going forward.”
“Low volume and rangebound day ahead of the exit poll on Sunday," he added.
