As India’s vaccination programme draws to a close, Tamil Nadu said it has vaccinated a total of 4.14 lakh frontline workers, including over 3 lakh healthcare personnel. But the bigger challenge that the state sees in phase-2 of the COVID-19 vaccination programme is vaccine avoidance.
