The commentary on Rajput's suspected suicide, unfortunately gives us a voyeuristic account of his life and what could have led him to his end without addressing the real issue.
The COVID related lockdown has led to a rise in mental health issues. A survey conducted by the Indian Psychiatry Society has noted an increase in the number of people reporting mental health issues possibly due to the restrictions on social engagement, job & financial insecurities and the fear of the disease itself.
