The sprawling stadium of the National Sports Club of India (NSCI) was one of the first centers to be converted into a big COVID-19 facility in India. This center which is situated in Worli, Mumbai has teated about 18,000 COVID-19 patients.
What started as an isolation and quarantine center has quickly moved into becoming a proper COVID-19 hospital with ICU setup. The recovery rate has also been one of the highest and that has been the biggest achievement of the center. CNBC-TV18’s Archana Shukla visits the facility to get a glimpse of its functioning.
