Two days after filing its first chargesheet in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its second chargesheet today on the Rs 7,000 crore fraud allegedly perpetuated by Mehul Choksi and his aides.
The chargesheet that runs upto 12,000 pages names Mehul Choksi as an absconding accused and also talks about Gokulnath Shetty.
This chargesheet is much bigger in size than that was filed against Nirav Modi, which was of 7500 pages. The number of witnesses have also gone up to 50.
