Russia's top oil company, Rosneft, on Friday said it's privileged to work and invest in India, but New Delhi must streamline its taxation system.
Speaking from the side-lines of the 19th Indo-Russia bilateral meet, Pavel Fedorov, first vice president, said that Rosneft is facing the double taxation treaty in India.
Fedorov said, "We are looking at number of opportunities. It's a bit too premature to discuss them. First, we need to see the progress on the regulatory front."
