McNally Bharat Engineering has received a construction order worth Rs 107 crore from NLC India for a project in Odisha. Srinivash Singh, managing director of the company, spoke to CNBC-TV18 about the same.
“This particular order is for construction of 544 number of rehabilitation centres for NLC India in the state of Odisha. The margin that we are expecting in this project will be 12-14 percent,” Singh said.
“Our total order book at this moment is about Rs 2,000 crore. With this order we are expecting to complete revenues of about Rs 1,700-1,800 crore by March. We are also expecting order of about Rs 2,500 crore within the next six months’ time because we are already L1 in number of projects of about Rs 700 crore,” he added.
“We have plan to reduce our loan by Rs 1,700 crore by September by different means of injecting liquidity,” said Singh.
