After Singapore court dismissed all the claims and counterclaims against promoters of Kiri Industries Ltd (KIL) in DyStar case, Manish Kiri, managing director, said the verdict has done great justice to the company.
KIL had filed a case against DyStar Global Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Senda International Capital Ltd for minority oppression in relation to KIL's investment in DyStar.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Kiri said the Singapore court has confirmed that minority operation has happened to KIL.
The court directed Senda to purchase company’s 37.57 percent stake in DyStar.
