Zee Entertainment will release its fourth quarter FY19 earnings on Monday and the street will be keenly watching out for the management commentary on the impending promoter pledged stake sale.
The revenue growth for the company is likely to come in at 9 percent at Rs 1,884 crore. However, EBITDA is seen flat at Rs 505 crore and so margins are likely to compress by 26.8 percent. Net profit is likely to grow by 14 percent at Rs 264 crore.
The key things to watch for would be ad revenue growth, which is expected to be muted around 10-11 percent on the back of a new tariff order. The subscription revenue growth is also seen growing only 3-4 percent.
