United Spirits Ltd (USL) will report its fourth-quarter earnings on Wednesday and analysts are expecting revenue growth of around 6 percent at Rs 2,300 crore.
- The EBITDA is expected to grow by around 16 percent, margin seems to expand by around 90 basis points (bps).
- The street expects the profits to decline because in the last quarter it had a one-time income of around Rs 121 crore.
- Analysts are keenly watching the volume growth of the company. There are two segments, one is the prestige and above (P&A) segment which contributes around 66 percent of the total revenues. The growth in prestige and above (P&A) segment is expected either to be flat or to be at around 1-2 percent level. In the popular segment, a decline of around 1-2 percent is expected in volume growth.
