Titan reported a strong operational performance as net profit for the March quarter exceeded analyst estimates. Sales look to be returning to normal and pick up at the store level seems to be improving.

However, he stressed that the company was looking to cut costs. “We are looking at costs at different levels, one would be at the gross margin levels itself on material cost and maybe some discounts. There would be some savings in employee costs as well. We will be cutting our advertising definitely this year," the CFO said.
