SBI Bank looks to list SBI Cards and SBI AMC next year

State-owned State Bank of India is looking to list SBI Cards and SBI AMC next year, said Rajnish Kumar, chairman of the bank.
"We will infuse some money in SBI General Insurance as a pre-cursor to initial public offering (IPO) next year and will look to list SBI Cards and SBI AMC next year," he said.
Kumar said that Q1 has historically seen higher non-performing assets (NPAs) from retail sector.
He further said that corporate slippages were largely from the watchlist.
On SME business front, he said, "Our small and medium enterprises (SMEs) slippages would be over Rs 300 crore without RBI dispensation."
According to him, loan growth for FY19 will be at 10 percent year-on-year (YoY).
Talking about power companies, Kumar said, “Already 16 are there in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) out of 11 cases which we had identified for Samadhan. Three or four of them are likely to land in NCLT.”
Kumar said that the ones in NCLT list should be out of the book by September 2018.
