Shares of Avenue Supermarts rose nearly 3 percent today ahead of the retailer's earnings on Saturday.
It runs supermarket chain DMart, which sells everything from groceries and apparel to toys and games.
- The street is bracing for a revenue growth of 28 percent; Rs 4500 crore on the topline for D-Mart.
- EBITDA likely to grow a little bit better about 33 percent growth on the EBITDA for Rs 23 crore is on the cards and an EBTIDA margin expansion of 30 bps.
- Over the last one year they have opened 25 new stores so that is something that will lead the revenue growth for Avenue Supermarts.
