Cement producer Ambuja Cements is all set to announce its quarterly results today. Here are the key things to keep in mind: \tTopline is expected to de-grow 2 percent primarily because volumes are expected to de-grow by 5.50-6 percent. The company is functioning at optimal capacity utilisation levels and the demand has not been great in the past quarter because of elections. \tAverage realisations are expected to rise by 6 -7 percent. \tIn terms of margins, on a sequential basis, there will be a big improvement — more than 200 basis points. However, on a year-on-year basis, it will be more or less steady at around 20.8 percent. \tProfit is seen at around Rs 418 crore. It appears much lower as there will be no dividends this quarter coming in from ACC. It was accounted for in the previous quarter.
