Skoda and Volkswagen are implementing India 2.0 plan to revive their positioning in the Indian market. They will be introducing a host of new products to capture the Indian market.
Overdrive’s Rohit Paradkar caught up with Zac Hollis, MD of Sales & Marketing at Skoda India, who shared details about their 2.0 India strategy. Hollis said it is an important strategy for the company not only in India but also worldwide and would lead that project in India.
"Some of the key strategies under the 2.0 strategy are, one, increase brand desirability & awareness in the market. Two, would be doubling the size of dealer network. Three, is to reduce our cost of ownership, to change our perception around customer satisfaction. Four, to increase the number of sales channels," said Hollis.
