An updated Bajaj Dominar 400 was much needed and awaited in the Indian market. However, what we already knew about this motorcycle is that it would be switching to upside down forks and would be tuning its suspension at both ends to make Bajaj Dominar 400 more pliant for a ride and also offer more power.
It’s about three years now since Bajaj Auto launched the Dominar 400, which is the biggest and more powerful offering by the company and now this flagship motorcycle gets a comprehensive midlife update. The biggest update is the engine is more powerful now and it offers 40PS as opposed to 35PS earlier.
To sum it up, the 2019 Dominar 400 not only feels faster, but it's also smoother than before and it handles better. The bike is expected to retail at around Rs 1.8 lakh and it’s a guess. The price will be known once Bajaj announces it officially.
