In-flight connectivity to initially offer internet service, calling to take more time, says report

The government will soon allow in-flight connectivity (IFC) services which will be operational after the flight is above 3,000 metres.
The department of telecommunication (DoT) will have to create a separate class of licensees for which all the charges will be nominal, a token amount of Re 1, said the report.
