Bharti Airtel set to lose 7 crore customers as it ends its ‘lifetime free incoming’ plan: report

The telecoms major is not worried about the loss and is looking to generate more average revenue per user (ARPU) as many SIMs under that plan were not being used: report
The company in October decided to do away with its lifetime free incoming calls plan for prepaid customers.
