Apple-supplier Foxconn to start trial production of latest iPhones in India, says report

The trial production, aimed at reviving Apple’s fortunes in the country, will commence before Foxconn starts full-scale assembly at its factory outside Chennai, the report said.
According to the report, older models of the brand such as the iPhone 6s, iPhone SE and iPhone 7 are already being produced by Wistron Corp. at a plant in Bangalore.
