Americans pay more for Netflix and Amazon Prime, says report

About 84 percent of consumers underestimate the amount of money they spend on such services which includes Spotify, dating apps, cable television and Wi-Fi. The group surveyed 2,500 individuals.
The report estimated that these individuals cough up $ 111 a month on such services when they actually average $ 237 per month.
There has been only a 25 percent rise in the household spending in the past two decades, and a quarter of Americans do not have savings in an emergency fund.
