Walmart plans Flipkart's US IPO by 2022, may exit e-commerce company, says report

The report quoting sources aware of the matter said the decision of Walmart looking to exit the firm comes after the retailer saw its profits and income of international business fall in the February-April quarter after including the e-tailer its business.
People in the know of the matter told the paper that Flipkart's core team focussed the discussions on the need to tighten compliance and achieve profitability over the next two years as it preparing to go public.
