Is the turnaround strategy of Indian Hotels bearing fruit?

In 2018, the company decided to shelve its mono-brand plan and go ahead with an aggressive growth strategy under its new managing director and CEO Puneet Chhatwal.
The strategy executed under ‘Aspiration 2022’ targets an 800 basis point increase in margins to 25 percent by 2022.
One year down the line, Indian Hotels reported a 229 basis points expansion at the end of FY19.
