    With an aim to reduce its debt, Lodha Group is looking to raise about Rs 1,500 crore through monetisation of two commercial assets, reports Economic Times.
    The assets include Lodha’s Xperia Mall in Palava City and an under-construction commercial portfolio of around 9 million sq ft at various locations in Mumbai, the report added.
    Total debt of the group is about Rs 16,000 crore and it is looking to deleverage its balancesheet as soon as possible.
