Real estate major DLF has said that its newly launched project in Gurugram as been completely sold out on the back of robust demand.
Confirming the development, Aakash Ohri, Executive Director, DLF told CNBC-TV18 that the company expects to generate around Rs 300 crore from the sales.
"The newly launched project in Gurugram is completely sold out and another phase of the same project will be launched soon. We expect to get around Rs 300 crore. There is a strong demand in real estate due to which we saw the new project (builder floors) getting sold out in a day," Ohri said.
He said that each plot has four floor and the price of each floor is Rs 4 crore.
"The prices are stable. However, the new phase of the same project will be sold at Rs 1,000 per sq ft higher price than this," Ohri added.
Speaking on inventory, he said that the company has an unsold inventory worth Rs 4,000 crore in the super-luxury segment while that in other segment stands at around Rs 2,000 crore.
