One Indian pilot missing in action: Here's what the Geneva Convention states

Air Chief Marshall PV Naik told CNBC-TV18 that the pilot 'will be treated as a prisoner of war'
The arrest of the pilots, if done as per the video, is a violation of the prisoners of war (POWs) which was framed by the Geneva Convention.
The Geneva Convention was a series of international diplomatic meetings that framed international laws for the humane treatment of wounded or captured military personnel during war-time.
