People in the US prepare for Thanksgiving Day celebrations

People across the western hemisphere, particularly the US, are preparing for this year’s Thanksgiving Day celebrations. However, this year’s celebrations will have different meaning to different people. While for New Yorker's it will be the anticipation of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, for those in Californians hit by wild fire it will be a day to show solidarity to their brethren.
