Indian benchmark indices BSE Sensex and NSE’s Nifty 50 are expected to open little changed on Wednesday as investors turned cautious ahead of the signing of a US-China trade deal and amid the Q3 corporate earnings season. Wipro reported a 2.17 percent fall in its consolidated net profit for Q3FY20, while MindTree posted a 3 percent rise in its net profit. Here are the top stocks to watch out for in today’s trade:

Wipro posted a 2.17 percent fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,455.9 crore for the December 2019 quarter, and estimated up to 2 percent revenue growth for the fourth quarter. Its revenue from operations grew 2.7 percent to Rs 15,470.5 crore during the period from Rs 15,059.5 crore in the same quarter last year (as per Ind-AS). Yes Bank said it has acquired around 30 per cent stake in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Power pursuant to invocation of pledged shares. The bank has acquired 12,73,21,500 equity shares having nominal value of Rs 10 each per share constituting around 29.97 percent of the post-issue paid-up share capital of Rosa Power Supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Power. Yes Bank said it has acquired around 30 per cent stake in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Power pursuant to invocation of pledged shares. The bank has acquired 12,73,21,500 equity shares having nominal value of Rs 10 each per share constituting around 29.97 percent of the post-issue paid-up share capital of Rosa Power Supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Power. UV Asset Reconstruction Company (UVARC) and Reliance Jio have emerged as highest bidders in asset sale process of debt-ridden Reliance Communications from which lenders expect to recover Rs 25,000 crore. Reliance Jio has placed Rs 4,700-crore bids for mobile tower and fibre assets of Reliance Infratel. UVARC has placed bids of around Rs 16,000 crore for spectrum, real estate assets as well as the enterprise and data centre businesses held in RCom and Reliance Telecom.

Canara Bank has called off the divestment of its stake in housing finance subsidiary Can Fin Homes.
Canara Bank has called off the divestment of its stake in housing finance subsidiary Can Fin Homes. "We hereby inform the stock exchanges that the Bank has decided to call off the divestment process of its entire stake in Can Fin Homes Ltd, which was under progress," Canara Bank said in a filing on Tuesday. Bids were invited through merchant bankers for sale of 3,99,30,365 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each, constituting 29.99 per cent stake in Can Fin Homes.

Godawari Power said the arbitral tribunal has dismissed the claim of Lauren and allowed counterclaim filed by Godawari Power & Ispat partially to the tune of Rs.2.31 crore. Lauren lyoti Private Limited, an EPC Contractor appointed by GGEL for setting up of 50 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant in Rajasthan, had claimed payment of Rs 55.07 crore for invocation of performance guarantee by GGEL, Rs 24.60 crore for customs duty, excise duty and related charges etc. and Rs 13 .80 crore towards cost sharing arraignment along with interest thereon.
