The Indian market is likely to open flat on Tuesday amid mixed cues from global peers. At 7:20 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 20.00 points or 0.14 percent higher at 14,507.50, indicating a flat-to-mildly positive start for the Sensex and Nifty50.
