Turkey's President opens new Istanbul Airport as global hub

Turkey's president inaugurated a gleaming new aviation hub in Istanbul on Monday, a megaproject that he has pushed to fulfill his dream of making Turkey a global player.
The airport is expected to be fully operational by 2028, with six runways, servicing some 200 million passengers per year. The massive project, has been mired in controversy over worker's rights and environmental concerns amid a weakening economy.
