Budget 2019: Personal finance highlights

Interim budget 2019 has been mixed bag from personal finance standpoint. While there are some sops for small taxpayers, the much wanted hike in section 80C deduction limit hasn't happened.

But, there are quite of few welcome developments on the housing front.
