Network 18, in association with IIM-Kozhikode, will explore how the Indian leadership and Indian thought have come together in the last two decades to accelerate entrepreneurship and accentuate the core values of the Indian way of doing business on a global stage. India @ 2047- Leaders without borders will be a 5-part series of conversations with home-grown leaders from the traditional as well as new-age businesses who are constantly negotiating the turns and twists of the ever-evolving global business landscape. This series will try to answer questions, resolve dilemmas, offer advice, and find a sync between the legacy and new-age businesses. This will be a closed-room, studio-based interview format, in which a senior N18 editor will jointly interview two business leaders from the same industry and will be joined by IIM-K Director as a leadership coach. The first business leader will belong to a traditional/legacy business. The second business leader will be from a new-age start-up in the same field. The two leaders will be encouraged to share their experiences and ideas, and indulge in an informative and healthy debate. The idea behind this series is to enable both leaders to have positive takeaways from these conversations. The five-part series will cover 5 themes — India's Soft Power (Social Change), BFSI, Startups & Tech, Healthcare and Education. Discussions will be moderated by Shereen.
