The Indian market is likely to open higher on Wednesday following gains in Asian peers after the International Monetary Fund (IMF) raised its growth forecast for the global economy this year. At 7:25 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 100.50 points or 0.71 percent higher at 14,181.50, indicating a positive start for the Sensex and Nifty50.
