Sun Pharma takes steps to ease governance concerns; shares rally
Updated : January 22, 2019 03:22 PM IST

Shares of Sun Pharma, which had a market value of $13.4 billion as of Monday's close, have shed over 24 percent since Nov. 22, around the time when corporate governance concerns began to crop up.
