Opening Bell: Sensex falls 100 points, Nifty below 11,650 dragged by IT stocks; Wipro down 3%

At 9:20 am, the Sensex was trading 110 points lower at 39,002, while the broader Nifty50 index lost 36 points at 11,655.
IT stocks led the losses after US told India that it is planning to restrict the popular H-1B visa programme.
All sectoral indices were trading in red in opening trade.
