Oil marketing companies extend losses after CLSA cuts target price

The Indian oil marketing companies are currently making huge losses in today's market session.
CLSA, ratings agency, cut the target price on IOC, BPCL and HPCL between 16% and 20%.
Even though the crude oil prices hit a new after 2014 today, it seems to have no positive impact on the oil firms.
